R&D Training and Technical Services (RDTTS) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Small Business Administration (SBA) lists RDTTS as a “Certified HUBZone Company”, with 60% of our employees residing in HUBZones. RDTTS, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is a proven systems integrator, providing our Government customers valuable products and services in several areas, which include: Technical Services, Training Support, Manpower Services, Automated record keeping systems and Specialized Services. We hold a current government secret facility clearance. RDTTS was founded in 2005 based on industry demands for highly specialized, customer focused, Knowledge Management (KM) and Manpower Support Services. The President of RDTTS, Mr. David R. Goldsworthy, a 26 year retired Naval Officer, has direct experience with Disabled Veterans because he is a disabled Veteran. He has visited with Veterans at numerous VA hospitals, to include the VA hospital at FT Custer Michigan, the Hampton, Virginia VA Hospital, Balboa Naval Hospital, San Diego, CA, Walter Reed US Army Medical Center, Bethesda Naval Hospital, and Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Portsmouth Virginia. Mr Goldsworthy is an experienced Government contractor. Working for such companies as LORAL Aerospace, Lockheed Martin and Communication Technologies as a government contracts Manager with oversight for contracts totaling over 300 million dollars. As a business owner Mr. Goldsworthy has or currently manages 27 Prime contracts, 7 subcontracts, and 4 commercial contract for RDTTS.
