The company specialises in all aspects of Project and Construction Management from Pre-Qual to Delivery and handover. Project/Construction Management services provided for any type of project including infrastructure, renewables, commercial builds/alterations, distilleries, processing, etc. Recent/current project involvements include Construction Management of new build warehouses for SSE, new build distillery and historic building refurbishment; Design Management of Infrastructure projects for Global Infrastructure and the AWPR project in Aberdeen; Project management of the proposed Caithness Moray Shetland HVDC project for SSE and advising Technip Offshore Wind on their Westermost Rough Offshore Wind installations. As well as the above we have recently, and continue to be, involved in providing due diligence reports on new and existing Onshore Wind Farms. These reports are used by the Client to determine if investment in a particular Wind Farm is viable. Due Diligence reports include review and quantification of civil works required, discharge of planning conditions, environmental impact mitigation, access, third parties and other factors which may cause the Client delay or additional cost. The above issues are usually compiled in a "Red Flag" report which assigns a red, amber, green "flag" to the item, where red is deemed as a show-stopper.
