About "R" Motor Sport

Our goal is quite simple. Offer automotive enthusiasts the opportunity make a statement about their interest to drive something unique. "R" Motor Sport, Ltd. was originally formed as Royale Motor Sport in 1986 to import and distribute the Ultima sportscars in the United States. Unfortunately, Royale Racing of the UK. took offence of the similarities between the Ultima and the sports racing cars they were offering at the time, they requested we offer our products under a different name. We officially changed our name to "R" Motor Sport, Ltd. We introduced the DIVA to the market in 1995, working in conjunction EVA Sportscars of Vankleek Hill, Ontario, Canada. We worked closely with Chris Williams of EVA to create an evolution of the BEVA sportscar previously offered by EVA. It was evident that, instead of the 4 banger of the BEVA, the DIVA required a good old American V-8 for motivation. The Chevy V-8 was chosen for its unequaled availability of hot rodding goodies and years of development by enthusiasts all around this country and beyond.
