R&R Fabrications is a custom fabricator supplying laminated panels, component parts and finished goods to the retail store fixture & display, medical, automotive, cabinet-maker, hospitality, and marine industries. Generally, we are the silent partner supplying products to other industrial manufacturing companies, design & architect firms, construction companies, wood and paper product suppliers, and retail organizations. Appreciating our 30th anniversary in 2017, R&R Fabrications has developed several long-standing relationships with top national and regional suppliers to directly purchase materials including MDF, particle board, plywood, 3D and flat laminates (rigid thermofoils), paper laminates, high-pressure laminate, ABS, solid surface, HDPE, UHMW and other related materials. Likewise, we will also use customer-supplied materials since many of our suppliers are also our customers. R&R Fabrications has 75,000 square feet of capacity and a significant investment in equipment to mass produce parts through high-speed flat-line lamination, high-pressure lamination, membrane pressing, cutting, routing, drilling, edge-banding, miter-folding, molding and general assembly in large volumes with relatively short lead times.
