We are proudly a certified woman-owned small business and 100% woman-operated celebrating 11 years in business. Though we are technically a non-asset based-brokerage, we actually have no brokers. We are a salaried team. We want to provide the best pricing to our customers. R & S Delivered will continue to do the things in the future that have facilitated the growth and success we have had thus far. Approximately 90% of our business is in the truckload sector with the majority of that being packaged goods chemicals. We offer van, reefer, hazmat, flatbed and tank-endorsed capacity. LTL accounts for 30% of our business. While our company has been in business for a short time by some standards, it was founded with a long-term focus. That focus is to develop strategic partnerships with truckload carriers and shippers and to collaborate with them to provide exceptional service and capacity, no matter the market. Proactive communication, excellent service, honesty, and fairness are the cornerstones of our business. Our business continues to grow, and we have been fortunate enough to have added many new customers over the past 11 years. We work hard to avoid spot market pricing. We work hard to find the right carrier both for the sake of the carrier and for the sake of the shipper. We work to understand the legitimate costs of our carrier base.
