These relationships allow R-Sys to source quickly at prices not always available to end-users/operators. 2) On-Time Delivery As on-time delivery is a crucial requirement in the aviation industry, it is often given higher priority by our customers versus pricing due to the substantial loss of revenues from grounded or “under-repair” aircraft. Having direct merchant relationships with leading aircraft parts aggregators reduces time lost in sourcing parts and equipment allowing R-Sys to cater to time-sensitive situations as well as more routine orders for finite-life parts and equipment. 3) Competitive Pricing Once again having direct multi-manufacturer global parts portal access allows R-Sys to obtain competitive pricing along with on-time delivery and real-time delivery information. Direct relationships with parts ‘aggregators’ also allows R-Sys to obtain sub-market pricing relative to direct purchases from manufacturers by our customers. 4) Proprietary Relationships with Aircraft End-Users Across the Region Access to a number of aircraft end-users/operators across the region allows R-Sys a unique privelage to broker sale and lease transactions between its clients. This may be preferable for many clietns who wish to sell or lease their aircraft discreetly without news of such activity entering the public domain.
