R9000 Project Management Corp. is a new project management corporation specializing in residential, commercial and industrial construction management based in Downtown Toronto, Canada. We are a subsidiary of a Venezuelan company, REYCO 9000 INGENIERIA, C.A., which has worked in construction projects management for 20 years to the present, and during the last three years it also has had a presence in the Colombian construction market throughout its subsidiary REYCO 9000 INGENIERIA SAS. The corporation direct and coordinate human and material resources across the life of a project by using modern management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, quality, cost, time, safety, and participation satisfaction. We contemplate developing a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed, and associating budgets and timelines for completion.
