I’m passionate about creating resources to support, empower and amplify Black and ethnic minority voices in work spaces. I’ve built ‘Race in the Workplace Pro’ to share the knowledge and insights gained from supporting people through race incidents at work and also training over 1000 employees, employers, trustees and CEO, working towards achieving race equity and belonging for all. Race in the Workplace is designed for organisations genuinely committed to being reflective of society and willing to invest time, effort, and resources into this goal. Achieving race equity requires a combination of sustainable approaches.
