Radian Group Limited and Yarlington Housing Group became one organisation on 4 November 2019. As one organisation we now manage 38,000 homes and assets of all types and tenures across the south and south west of England, with 79,000 customers living in our properties. We’ve got big plans to deliver 10,000 new homes over the next 10 years. But we are more than just a housing provider; we’re a company with a heart, putting our customers and people first and investing in our communities. As a combined organisation, we will build on our collective achievements of the past to shape the future for the better. Our values are our DNA and reflect who we are and how we do things.
