About Radical Joy

Radical Joy Inc was founded to create diverse and inclusive wellness and mental health programs to uplift those working in public service to reduce staff burnout and improve retention rates in this sector. We have over 10 years of public service experience in the realms of education, community organizing, and mental health. We have served over 300 participants and more than 10 organizations, with 90% of organizations being returning clients. This work has gone global with us facilitating workshops, leading retreats, and doing school consulting in 5 countries; the United States, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. We've earned praise for being engaging, compassionate, witty, and knowledgeable. Participants also appreciate that we provide real-life scenarios and actionable steps. We've also been rated highly for checking in with participants once the workshop is done to see if they are actually using what they learned.
