Radius CF are based in Belfast, but service Clients with interests throughout Northern Ireland, Dublin and London. Radius CF work alongside entrepreneurs and companies who are active in all major business sectors including hospitality, property, retail, healthcare, technology and engineering. Radius CF combine experience from banking and Big Four advisory roles with previous positions in a boutique advisory firm. Radius CF provide clients with direct, proactive advice and solutions tailored to their personal and corporate requirements. The principals have specialism in accessing finance for Clients, with over £200m of funding raised for over a dozen projects within the past 24 months. This finance is based around a mixture of long term connections within traditional banks, alternative funders, private funders, private mezzanine and equity investors. Radius CF are much more however than just the provider of finance in these matters. Radius CF are central to coordinating various other advisors (legal, tax and accountancy etc.) and managing the interests of all stakeholders involved in transactions to ensure that deals complete in as timely and effective a manner as possible. As part of our role as a key advisor to Clients, following the successful completion of various projects, ongoing ancillary positions have arisen as Director, Non-Executive Director and Trustee at the request of Clients.
