We are excited to announce that SGF Contracting Services has changed its name to Radius Renovation Group. Complete with a new logo and brand, the name Radius underscores our focus on providing clients with a 360-degree solution for investor renovations, start to finish. Radius' mission is to partner with our clients in a transparent environment delivering the highest quality property renovation, repair, and construction services to increase property value and return on investment. Radius, by definition, is an equal radial line from a point to any place on a curve, encompassing all that is contained within the circle. Our commitment is to the community we serve within our circle, which includes our clients, contractors, employees and affiliated companies. The “r” in the logo depicts a roof and a door – this relates to our niche of providing all the renovation services needed over and under the roof, preparing it for the next resident to open the door to their new home. In addition to our new name and look, the team at Radius is focused on our core values of integrity and honesty, respect and compassion, a hard work ethic and strong leadership. We are committed to communicating these values to our community to ensure our shared principles are in alignment, leading to strengthened processes and consistent results across our coverage areas.
