Consultancy services are offered on a day rate basis to assist businesses with all talent related project requirements, whether that be research for recruitment purposes, rolling out a new employee review system composing of KPI’s, reviews, personal development plans etc. planning a talent strategy, as well as running internal and external recruitment campaigns, designing and facilitating the appropriate assessment method for both internal and external candidates. Ragan Howard work closely with clients to find the correct solution for their business, primarily in the form of research for recruitment stretching across all sectors and disciplines and across a range of companies from “one man/woman bands”, SME’s, multi national corporate blue chips (and everything in between!). We offer solutions to support your in house talent / research function, providing an ongoing support and either a short term or long term release to the common bottleneck that can restrict many teams in delivering to their optimum.
