About Rahum

We are currently not taking on any new clients. We are data storytellers who aim to mobilize the power within under-resourced communities and community-based organizations, with a focus on child health and well-being. Local communities have the boldness and genius to create solutions to the most pressing inequities facing them. Yet, community-based organizations—especially those from communities of color and under-resourced communities—face significant challenges obtaining funding, gathering evidence, and sustaining programming. One key challenge is the lack of data and evaluation tools and expertise. That’s where we come in. We bring years of experience in the non-profit, public, and private sectors, from small grassroots organizations to large national foundations. We support community-based organizations directly with affordable data and evaluation assistance, building plans for how to use data and finding the right set of tools for the project. Simultaneously, in order to make change at a broader scale, we develop open-source data tools that local communities and organizations can use. What guides us is the belief that those individuals most impacted by any inequity are best equipped to know how to remedy it. And, we’re here to play a part in their journey toward healing.
