About Rail Project Consult, SASU
RPC was created in 2018 by John Lutz, a French and American citizen who is a Senior Rail professional with 30 years’ experience in Project Management, System Integration, IT Development, Railway Data Exchange and IT Standardisation in a multi-modal environment. Mr. Lutz is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® and earned his PMP® certification in 2016. He has built up significant portfolio experience in the technical preparation, submission, coordination/administration, delivery and implementation of technical projects that are part of the programme necessary for the innovation of the rail system of tomorrow; this experience extends also to the forming of consortia and finding new partners with appropriate expertise.
