Rail Reliability is a South East of England based company set up by two directors who have both been through railway apprenticeships who have now become seasoned consultants in the field. Our aim is to supply proficient and experienced Project Managers, Engineers and Technicians to deliver a first class service. The evaluation of competence commences from the beginning of the recruitment process and is maintained throughout the working life of each Individual. This is implemented to guarantee that every employee aligns with our customised competency guidelines and to ensure the fair and consistent assessment of our employees, to achieve and maintain the standard of performance expected by our client. At Rail Reliability, our emphasis lies in quality over quantity, ensuring we supply the highest level of skilled personnel, being either apprentice trained or time served on the railway. Comprehending the significance of rail safety, our commitment is to consistently provide a secure, top tier support, actively seeking optimal solutions promptly to maximise rolling stock availability. In line with this, we endeavour to maintain a positive working relationship and a thorough understanding of the clients needs. Liaising with the client directly we supply support where required at an engineering or management level. Our support extends to areas such as Engineering assistance, Technical Support, Fault Finding, Maintenance and Material Logistics. Our team is meticulously selected to the role required, emphasising on expertise in the rolling stock field.
