Since our formation in 2013, our portfolio has consisted of 14 properties with approximately 4,500 units in 8 markets in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Texas. Our partners, each with over 25+ years’ experience, have held prominent executive level positions in the multifamily industry, including leading Fannie Mae's multifamily division.
