Award Winning Rainbow & Co is an Autistic, Trans, and Queer run business based in West Yorkshire which provides unique and diverse LGBTQ+ pride apparel and accessories. We celebrate diversity and advocate for equality, inclusion, and acceptance. At Rainbow & Co, we pride ourselves on deeply understanding the communities and businesses we work with. Our diverse range of products, designed to cater to over 40 different LGBTQIA+ identities, complements your business's focus on championing opportunity, development, and advocacy for the LGBT+ & allied business community. We design quirky, funny, and relatable tees, hoodies, mugs, pins, badges, stickers, tote bags and much more for over 40 different LGBTQIA+ identities. With in-house design and manufacturing, we can respond quickly to customer demands. We work with corporate businesses to promote EDI in the workplace and have successfully collaborated with local, national and international organisations. Our collaboration with corporate businesses has honed our expertise in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace. Through our products and educational resources, like our LGBTQIA+ pocket guide, we can help organisations and employee resource groups (ERG) achieve these goals. One of the foundations of the business is to support community causes. My pledge to donate 10% of profits from day one has helped numerous charities and groups financially as well as sharing and promoting content on social media and attending events.
