Rainier Climate is a new philanthropic initiative dedicated to combating the global climate crisis. Founded in 2024 by Steve, Connie and Sam Ballmer, Rainier Climate supports strategies that operate at the speed and scale needed to dramatically cut greenhouse gas emissions – with the aim of net zero emissions globally by 2050 and even earlier in wealthy nations.
