Our History John “JC” Goodson began his career in the polyethylene piping industry in 1970 while working for Wayne Manufacturing, a gas distribution fittings manufacturer founded by his father John Wayne Goodson. Following the sale of Wayne, JC and his wife Linda broke ground on Rainmaker Sales in 1999. Since that time, Rainmaker Sales has used its over 300 years of combined industry experience to earn a reputation as the “go-to” source for polyethylene pipe, fittings, fusion equipment and accessories. Who We Serve Rainmaker Sales is in Shawnee, OK, just 30 miles east of Oklahoma City. Our central location and strategic partnerships with manufacturers across the United States allows us to serve our customers no matter where they are located. We serve any industry that utilizes polyethylene piping including oil/gas gathering, waterworks, gas distribution, landfill and agricultural applications. How We Add Value Rainmaker Sales maintains a fully stocked yard of polyethylene pipe as well as 20,000 square feet of warehouse space for polyethylene fittings and fusion equipment. In addition to our experienced & knowledgeable sales and support staff, we also keep a fleet of captive trucks allowing for a more efficient supply chain for your project.
