Located in the heart of North Carolina, we are a family-owned and operated business that uses urban trees that would otherwise be destined for landfill waste to create building materials and furniture pieces for commercial and residential projects. We cut lumber on our own sawmill, dry it in our own kilns, and process it on vintage machinery that fills our 70,000 square foot facility. Our fully vertically-integrated business allows us to offer custom products at reasonable prices. We work in both large-scale commercial projects as well as single-family homes. Our fabricators can execute designs from your architect and interiors team or you may work with our design team at no additional charge to craft a custom-designed piece suited to your aesthetic style and functional needs. We enjoy helping clients find sustainable building materials and furnishings for their project. We sell raw lumber and slabs and we offer installation services as well. The list of items we fabricate is long and includes building materials such as flooring, exterior walkways and decks, soffits, beams, columns, brackets, specialty doors and siding, as well as mantels, countertops, cabinetry, paneling and accent walls. We craft all types of commercial and residential furnishings from conference tables, reception areas and desks, to dining tables, beds and other specialty items. Our in-house metal fabrication department gives us the ability to combine or feature metal elements in many of these products and we are well-known for the steel and glass windows, doors and storefronts that we fabricate and install. Custom doesn't have to be complicated. We have the capacity and experience to handle large orders with tight deadlines yet we are small enough to respond with agility to changes in construction schedules and installation plans.
