Revitalizing Architectural Management, the "RAM" in RAM Design & Contracting, stands for the base line in our entire company and is the foundation we build on. Our mission is to bring new life to the way homes are built. We do this by involving our customers in every possible way along the construction process. Although we are not a modular home building company, we have taken modular plans and adjusted them to the needs of our clients. The architectural differences between our company and our competitors is that we focus on creating our customers dream design while keeping it within realistic means. From the first phone call to the last design meeting, we want to make your home a reality and we can make that possible through our network of local contractors. We will first craft your design into a beautiful set of working Construction Documents that include all of the required plans to build your project. Then, through our network, we take these plans and begin to compose a project estimate, schedule, and contract. Once all the paperwork is in order, we can proceed to the final portion of what "RAM" stands for: the actual construction and management of your project.
