About Ramadhan Designs

Ramadhan Designs is Minneapolis based design studio owned and operated by Rammy Mohamed. Rammy is an Oromo refugees from East Africa. She attended University of Minnesota to pursue a business degree. Unable to ignore the creative void she felt, two years later she decided to follow her dream of becoming a fashion designer. Mohamed has won every single design competition that she’s participated in (including the Boston Scientific Heart for Fashion at MOA). Rammy creates one of a kind couture gowns including wedding dress as well as ready to wear for the modern Muslim clientele. Rammy has been featured in Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine as “The One to Watch”, Minnesota Monthly as one of the top Minnesota designers, as well a Star Tribune.
