Our broad range of expertise includes exterior repair and roof replacement; window and door replacement; Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP, formerly known as LL 11/98); parapet inspections and repair; leakage evaluations; mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems; structural engineering; parking garage inspections (Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures per Local Law 126) and repair; interior renovations; retail and commercial build-outs; ADA-compliance; building condition surveys and reserve studies; energy services (benchmarking, energy audits, retro-commissioning, and Local Law 97 carbon emissions reduction compliance); historic restoration; and Special Inspections.
