Activities concentrated on Process Filtration, Oil Mist Elimination and Inertial Spin Filters for dust extraction. The company has developed extensive expertise in these technologies and has carried out numerous successful projects for large high profile companies. Southern African agents and representatives for Norsk Hydro Electrolysers (Norway) (Now Hydrogen Technologies – Division of Statoil). Sole Southern African agents for Premier Combustion Services Ltd of St Albans, United Kingdom. This company offers a full support and service for all makes of combustion equipment. RTS provides this support under licence to Sasol Secunda and other refineries. In 2002 RTS was appointed sole agents for Norsk Elektro Optikk of Norway. (NEO Monitors) Sole Southern African agents for Procon Engineering Ltd, (United Kingdom). Procon manufactures and supplies a range of state of the art boiler tube leakage detection systems and belt weighing equipment. Southern African representatives for H2Scan, (USA) specialist manufacturers of hydrogen analysers. Sagim (France), manufactures of small hydrogen generators. In common with modern trends in small business, the company operates on a minimum permanent staff basis. Offices are run utilising all available modern technologies, both for communications and administration.
