About RANGE Personal Training

Founded in December 2020, RANGE is the brainchild of Chua Ming Siu – one of Singapore’s most reputable personal trainers. Ming Siu’s goal with RANGE is to help clients achieve their optimal well-being, by helping them build healthy and sustainable habits – through hybrid online/personal training programs. At RANGE, we believe that there are many facets to an individual’s health and wellness routine and goal(s). We help clients take into consideration their own variables (lifestyle, life phase, mindset, and more) when journeying with them. We aim to teach clients how to develop individualised systems and maintain accountability, with the belief that the goal has to be from their deep conviction for long-term adherence. This will lead to integrating health and wellness as part of their lifestyle and identity. Using evidence-based exercise and nutrition programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindset coaching, we adopt a holistic approach by helping clients create healthier habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Everyone has a different starting point. Therefore, each individual’s journey will be different.
