Our Janitorial staff is not only trained to our cleaning standards and the stands of our clients, but we create custom manuals for each of our client’s buildings or facilities. We do this to maintain consistency, whether that be for a new Team Member or for someone that might be back filling for a Team Member that is out sick or on vacation. With our years of experience behind us, we know there is not one way to propose a janitorial contract. RELIABILITY: It starts 30 days before we begin our work in a facility. During that 30 days, we create a transition plan that encompasses all aspects of the cleaning, staffing, training, and reporting processes plus any special needs we need to understand. This upfront plan ensures we start off on the right foot and focus on the essentials of getting it right. This initial step in the operations creates that reliability you need in your commercial cleaning contractor.
