Our specialty is custom manufacturing of new parts and repairing worn out parts for industrial machinery, farm machinery, heavy equipment, and other custom applications. We have the skills to utilize working drawings drawn by other designers or reverse engineer components from sample parts provided by our customers. Our capabilities allow us to serve you by machining & fabricating small batches of specialized components for companies who may not have their own machine shop or companies looking to increase their machine shop’s working capacity by using us as a contract machining service. Rangeline Machine and Repair is also capable of dismantling mechanical assemblies, refurbishing internal components back to original condition, and reassembling for you. While growing up on a family operated farm, repairs were common. After attending Northcentral Technical College, Mike earned a Two-Year Machine Tool Technics Diploma, and now has 25 years of job shop experience. Mike’s work experience includes manual and CNC machining on small & large parts, assembling machines, welding (all processes), and custom fabrications. Joe Bonke has over 20 years of experience as a Lead Machinist and now is a Machine Tool Instructor. Joe is experienced in set-up, programming, and operations of both manual and CNC machines along with various trade specific software platforms.
