Our Mission is to: Provide women and girls with high quality specialist support. Change society’s understanding of the nature and impact of sexual violence. Demand that the rights of women and girls who have experienced sexual violence are respected and their needs are met. End sexual violence. Our services are for women and girls aged 13 and over who live, work or study in Tyneside (Gateshead, Newcastle, North and South Tyneside) or Northumberland. Our services are for women and girls who have been raped, or who have experienced any kind of sexual violence at any time in their lives. The sexual violence may have been carried out by a stranger or by someone you know – including a member of the family. Whether the sexual violence happened a long time ago, recently or if it is still happening; we are here for you.
