Rapelli has been a symbol of Ticino’s Salumeria-culture since 1929. Mario Rapelli, our first Mastro Salumiere, started his business - La Bottega di Mario Rapelli - on 6 April 1929 in the centre of Stabio, in Ticino. He mastered the art of charcuterie like no other and created, with particular care, typical products using the best local ingredients. Today, the culture of the Bottega is still the strongest value in the company. Thanks to the love for the art of charcuterie inherited from Mario and Silvio, our Mastri Salumieri create our specialities following the teachings, values and recipes handed down from generation to generation.
