Formerly known as the Rapid Med Group of Companies, RIDM has been in operation and conducting IME’s since 1986. With extensive coverage across Canada, as well as over 30 years of operational experience in the Disability Management industry across diverse markets, we are able to cover the majority of specialty requests from coast to coast. We provide Independent Assessment services, ergonomic evaluations, case management, clinical treatment provision and coordination, absenteeism programs, and return to work programs to Auto Insurers, Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurers, Tort firms, and a significant number of employers across Canada. RIDM was created in order to provide the insurance and employment markets with independent and objective medical and disability assessments as may be required by key stakeholders in the private Disability Claims market. RIDM provides: ● Objective and independent evaluations ● Disability claims management assistance ● Vocational rehabilitation assistance ● Realistic return-to-work plans for ill or injured individuals RIDM’s owners are hands-on in the day to day operations of the Company, providing a level of confidence both to our staff as well as our customers. Our primary focus is exclusively on the needs of our customers and not on shareholders’ quarterly return on investment demands and expectations.
