Rapierstar specialist fixings include StarPVCU carbon steel and corrosion resistant stainless steel window screws – specified on many leading PVCU, aluminium and wooden window manufacturing systems, StarFIX plug-free masonry fixings, StarTURN universal timber screws, StarDECK specially developed exterior decking screws and StarPIN & StarNAIL stainless steel polymer headed pins and nails. Many of the specialist masonry and wood screws feature the unique Starform thread, which lowers drive in torque and reduces assembly time – without pre-drilling. Designed and manufactured to exacting quality standards, Rapierstar fasteners are further enhanced with specialist head styles and superior corrosion resistant materials. Product quality is also safeguarded within Rapierstar’s unique in-house design and test facility, where its fastener specialists help fabricators, profile system manufacturers and hardware companies to achieve the best performance from their windows and doors. This includes advising on fasteners for the development and testing of PAS 24 enhanced security doors, plus fire rated doorsets.
