About Rasico Construction

A relatively new but growing element to our business, providing clients with a number of options in the delivery of the projects. Many clients in our Consulting side, are often left dissatisfied in terms of the quality and timescale on projects and we believe that this is not the way it should be. We strive to deliver cost effective solutions to our clients which do not compromise on quality and enable us to deliver schemes on time and on budget. As well as being a main contractor we can also offer Construction Management services which can be a cost-effective solution, where we manage the sub-contractors on a clients behalf. This option is growing in popularity due to the uncertainty around main contractors, the main reason being - it minimises risk, i.e. if one sub-contractor fails, they can be replaced easily and this has minimal effect on the project timeline and costs, unlike the issues when a main contractor fails.
