Raupack supplies packaging and assembly machinery to factories who recognise cost savings that can be achieved through automation or are looking to automate packaging process that cannot be or should not be done manually for compliance, health and safety or other practical reasons. Our range of packaging machinery includes: filling into bottles or blisters, closing, sealing, capping, cartoning, case packing and palletising. All our machinery is Engineered in Germany or Switzerland. How we operate: Projects often start with an email or a phone call. We will try to establish if there is a match between the machinery we supply and the customers’ requirements. If we think there may be then we will agree a meeting at the customer’s factory or site where we can explore in more detail. Factory Visits: A factory visit is an opportunity for us to understand how our customers operate and explore how we can work together. This will help us make a good automation recommendation. Automation Recommendation: Sometimes automation does not pay, perhaps the project complexity means that cost of the machinery is too high and the automation will fall outside a normal payback period. We will take into consideration the customers financial targets and requirements and make an automation recommendation that is tailored to your requirements. Often we may cost a number of different scenarios. This is often the case for palletising projects. GMP, Validation: We can offer full GAMP/GMP compliant Documentation packages including Function Design Specification and Critical Effects analysis through to Installation and Operational Qualification Documents. Aftercare: Once a machine or line is installed we continue to support our customer, either from the UK or through our suppliers in Germany. A phone call, remote diagnosis of machine problems or a short visit to site can resolve most issues. If required a service technician can come to site from Germany or Switzerland.
