About Rauschenberger Consulting

Rauschenberger Consulting was founded by Armin Rauschenberger, an experienced conflict resolution expert and executive with two decades of experience in senior positions in an international company. Armin Rauschenberger brings his experience, knowledge and passion for conflict resolution to the work of Rauschenberger Consulting. Armin Rauschenberger is a lawyer (Karl – Franzens University Graz), has excellent business training (Global Executive MBA WU Vienna and University of Minnesota) and is a registered mediator. He has the skills required to manage conflict in a constructive and efficient manner and to help companies create a positive work environment. Nina Rauschenberger is an educator and supports Rauschenberger Consulting in carrying out training, consultations and mediations. Her expertise in the area of personal and professional development complements Rauschenberger Consulting's services and helps to comprehensively meet the needs of customers.
