RAVE Power Wash was founded by Wade Alter and Greg Rexroth, longtime friends who spent over 20 years building one of the nation’s largest retailers from a mom and pop company to over 1,300 locations Nationwide. Through years of leading 200+ franchisees, they developed deep insights into running a successful, client- focused business. Together with Greg’s sister, Katie, who previously led the talent brand team for one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerages, we are a family- owned and operated company proudly serving the greater Tampa and Indianapolis markets. We’ve built a trusted reputation by partnering with regional and national organizations, including major retailers and property management companies, to deliver custom exterior cleaning solutions.
