About Ravelast Polymers
The company was founded in 1985 to provide poluyrethane products for the most demanding industrial process conditions. Due to its reliability Ravelast has grown to one of the remarkable suppliers in the Nordic countries. In 2010 the company expanded into rubber products by acquiring Vantaan Kumitekniikka Oy and 2012 continued expansion by acquiring Finroll Oy and Oy Euroroll Ab. In 2016 polyurethane business area was strengthened with the acquisition of SOKAB, which is located in Kiruna, Sweden. Next acquisition took place in in 2018, when we expanded to the molded rubber and silicone products, as well as injection molded plastic products by buying the technical rubber production of the former Hyvinkään Kumitehdas /Marwe Oy. Today we also have own rubber mix manufacturing, mold workshop and laboratory. After Vantaa unit was moved to Hyvinkää, we have factories in Oulu, Hyvinkää, Nokia and Kiruna. We produce customized polyurethane and rubber products by using the best raw materials within the range of hardnesses 40 shoreA - 85 shoreD. Our polyurethane manufacturing methods are hot and rotating casting in addition to spraying and main rubber manufacturing methods are hot-curing in autoclaves and presses. The intensive cooperation with our customers and research intitutes ensures the best solutions to every challenge.
