About Ravens Wings
I'm Raven Waterman, a licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW-R) and coach. I founded Raven's Wings LLC after two decades of working in the nonprofit sector. Throughout my career, I provided social work and clinical services, held leadership roles, and taught graduate-level mental health professionals. I launched Ravens Wings LLC in order to make leadership coaching and development more accessible by offering virtual services. I believe coaching can be an essential tool to support people's career and business development, particularly for women and BIPOC. I provide individual and group therapy which are processes that are driven by the client's emotional and interpersonal needs. I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to learn ways to manage their emotions by building emotional self-care skills. Therapy is confidential and must be HIPAA compliant. Through executive coaching and leadership development, I equip women to strategize around micro and macro-level goals, as well as coach and foster accountability within their teams and build their authority. In addition, women continue to face disparities in being promoted to the highest levels of leadership and in earning equal pay. Organizations can provide management and leadership development opportunities to begin to address inequities within the organizational structure, to support staff retention and succession planning.
