Ravenscroft Capital is owned by its management team and staff. Our business was established two decades ago and our team has more than 100 years of experience and expertise working with clients and businesses across the Channel Islands and further afield. We specialise in three key areas: investment management, corporate advisory and property advisory. Our core offering is investment management of regulated funds. We currently manage six Guernsey-based closed-ended collective investment schemes, primarily focusing on businesses and property within the Crown Dependencies. Our corporate advisory services are highly bespoke, supporting both new and existing corporate clients with consultancy, placing agency and listing sponsorship on The International Stock Exchange. Our team also identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, predominantly in properties and asset backed businesses, that might fall outside the scope of the existing funds’ policies, and creates tailored vehicles to facilitate investment where there is sufficient demand.
