Ravenslade provide project and cost management for construction projects in the South West and throughout the UK from our Exeter office. We are focused on delivering a high quality personalised service by drawing on a wealth of experience and maintaining strong local business relationships. Ravenslade are headed up by Directors Paul Bennett and Pete Rice together with a support team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors. Paul is an experienced client side Development Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience specialising in a range of sectors and a proven track record of representing companies, public sector and private individuals. Pete is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience managing all aspects of the financial controls required on projects within the private and public sectors..
