RAW Capital Partners offers a specialist private debt fund. It has a 10 year track record of providing very consistent returns to investors. We originate our own mortgage loans, to a maximum average of 60% of property valuation and 70% of the property valuation on any one property, and now have more than 700 loans secured on a range of residential property, focused on South East England, with a first legal charge in each case and a portfolio of more liquid assets restricted to cash or “near cash” investments and Money Market Funds. Notice is required for redemption, depending on share class and date of notice, from a minimum of one month. *Net annualised returns are quoted throughout for the GBP Institutional Accumulation Share Class (unless otherwise stated), which has six months minimum notice, more detail on other share classes can be found in our Factsheet and Monthly Performance Report.
