Definition: i (of an emotion or quality) strong and undisguised: in a world where leaders are increasingly required to flex it is easy for them to lose sight of themselves, shutting-down emotion. Authenticity has never been more important. RAW helps to reconnect with a sense of self ii (of food) not cooked: when we transition, we feel exposed. The reality is that no-one is ever fully-ready. We are all slightly under-done.
