Rayker provides turn-key services for the overall management and execution of the inspection and repair of steam turbines and generators and their associated auxiliary systems. We will complete the recommended repairs on-site or send components off-site to Rayker-approved vendors according to your cost and time constraints. We can also procure and /or reverse engineer parts as needed. We fully guarantee all of the work performed by Rayker or our contracted vendors. Rayker can assist you with the design, procurement and installation of upgrades. We can perform a detailed engineering analysis of your steam turbine components to re-rate or modify your steam path or associated systems. We can then design, fabricate and install the required modifications. We can also design, procure and install system upgrades for control systems, vibration monitoring equipment, or predictive maintenance systems for the online analysis of generator health.
