About Razor Performance

Razor Performance is an online Strength and Conditioning service for elite dads who are battling injuries or know they’re not at their athletic best. We specialise in specific strength training, bulletproofing the body from injury, and helping you reclaim your athleticism so you can smash PBs in the gym, on the track, or wherever you choose to compete. Head coach Andy Reay is a former professional rugby player who represented Harlequins, Bristol and England U21s. He later became Head of Strength and Conditioning at Rosslyn Park RFC and Pure Sports Medicine, before focussing his expertise on Razor Performance. He is degree qualified and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), with over 20 years in elite sport, rehab and coaching. Andy has helped hundreds of clients move from chronic pain to peak performance, guiding them through marathons, Ironmans and major endurance challenges, or helping them build an athletic physique that they can be proud of. At Razor Performance there are no cookie cutter programmes. We deliver personalised high level coaching forged on the pitch, proven in the clinic and built for busy professionals with high standards. Andy is more than a typical PT. He has competed at the highest level, coached at the highest level and now helps elite dads get back to their highest level.
