RBI-TT - Unconditional Basic Income of All for All is a process of redistribution of a Basic Income designed to operate monthly, automatic and unconditional benefits among citizens, those who have higher for those who have the lowest, or not the have at all. It may be adopted by any group of people, whether they are inhabitants of the same locality, region or country, whether geographically dispersed. It works in two steps: 1) As you obtain them, each member of the community funds to a common fund a part of its income at a single, universal rate; 2) At the end of each month, the amount accumulated in this fund is distributed equally and unconditionally by all. The RBI-TT distinguishes itself from (almost) all other redistributive processes and / or guarantee of income, whether in force or in proposal, not a policy of government, central bank or any other power, but a construction of people common.
