We provide several different services including janitorial, day porting, construction clean up and even receptionist positions. David Pelz Sr. CEO David Sr. has over 30 years of facilities experience. He worked as a Facilities Director for companies like Riverstone Networks, Foundry Networks and Brocade. David also operated a full relocation and renovation for Synaptics inc. Once established in its new building, David ran its facilities department and supplied the janitorial service, as well. David has been with Town and Country since 2009 and became full-time owner in 2015. Georgina Pelz CFO A graduate from San Jose State University with a degree in Business, Georgina established her self as a premier Human Resources Director for Flextronics. Georgina left the industry to join Town and Country and brought with her more than 20 years of experience to the company. David Pelz Jr. Operations Director David graduated from California State University Monterey Bay with a degree in Business Management and has been with Town and Country since 2011. He has several years of auditing experience and worked as a facilities technician as well as a day manager for Target.
