Robin Royals was a Senior Vice President and Certified Quality Leader of General Electric Insurance Solutions. He ran a successful independent consulting firm, RC Royals & Associates prior to his semi- retirement in 2020. Today, Robin works with companies in the fields of finance, strategic planning, operations, acquisition, and implementation of new technology. Robin gained his most valuable corporate experience, across multiple industries, with 20 years at the General Electric Company. In addition, he has worked with Coopers and Lybrand, Michigan National Bank of Detroit, Eaton Corporation, GenNx 360 Capital Partners and Vertex LTD (England). Robin’s experience has taken him from Manchester, of England to Munich, Germany and New Delhi, India. As an internal and external consultant, he has more than 40 years of experience and has led the successful completion of more than 200 projects. A notable engagement for a $25 Billion Insurance Annuity Company resulted in over $ 15 Million annual cash flow and productivity improvements. Robin serves as a mentor in the 25-year old Helzberg (Helzberg Diamonds) Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program (HEMP). He is also on the Finance Committee and instructor in AMP’UP Leadership Training Program. Mr. Royals is the current local chapter president of an international fraternal organization in Kansas City, MO. He is chairman of their international expansion committee and serves on the fraternity’s finance committee. He is also served on the board of directors for the Literacy council of America, Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre.
