About RCW Veterans

Our programme of Wellbeing Resolution Services will focus on delivering evidence-based wellbeing and PTSD resolutions to Veterans, and to Individuals in communities across the UK. This will include a range of activities, evidence-based interventions that improve mental health and wellbeing at short notice and at the point of need, interventions such as content free solution focussed therapy designed to help sufferers to disable and disarm their stressors and triggers. Other activities include coaching, mindfulness, meditation, peer and social support. Our aim is to improve the mental health, mental resilience, confidence, motivation and wellbeing of our participants, eradicating or at least drastically reducing the impact of emotional traumas and PTSD from the past. Whilst providing improvements for other related conditions, eradicating negative thinking patterns and behaviours reducing the impact of traumas from the past, to improve mental wellbeing and resilience and promote social inclusion generally improving their overall quality of life. Restoring focus and hope, re-igniting their passions and positivity and restoring their control over their own lives, promoting engagement into appropriate employment opportunities for those that would be ready to benefit from them. Our long-term goal is to create a sustainable programme of Wellbeing services that can be replicated for Veterans and Communities across the UK, providing vital support to those who need it most at the point of need without long waiting times. RCW Veterans CIC is different from commercial companies providing wellbeing services and products because we are not taking profits and we are not discriminating on the service users ability to pay for our services equally we are slashing waiting times our service users experience throughout normal NHS and veteran service programs as they attempt to seek help because we understand that ‘time is of the essence’ and the road to recovery begins NOW,
