About re:ground

Re:ground is a community of practice supporting the property industry in aligning culture and action to fulfil its crucial role in delivering on ESG and Net Zero. Taking a place-based and people-centred approach, we work across the industry and asset lifecycle to explore some of the ‘wicked’ challenges around people and culture which often play second fiddle to technical solutions. Re:ground is a partnership between Orientate and Futureground. It brings together a research and collaborative mindset with organisational “hardware” (processes, tools and systems) with "software" (development, leadership and culture) to create powerful ways of working to unlock real and lasting positive change.
