About Re-Tribe

Re-Tribe exists to change the way people experience sport. We are an athlete and coach support network built on the belief that success should never come at the cost of well-being. We help athletes, coaches and parents build the tools, awareness and community needed to thrive both in sport and in life. Our approach blends lived experience with evidence-based practices to create environments where people can grow, connect and perform with integrity. At the heart of our work is Tough Through Tender, a transformational learning programme that balances the ideals of being tough and being tender. It gives people a roadmap to succeed in ways that enhance well-being, strengthen relationships and improve performance. Re-Tribe also provides one-to-one and group support for those navigating challenges or transitions. Through honest conversation, practical tools and shared accountability, we help people reconnect with themselves and with others. Our mission is clear. We want to transform sporting culture, reduce harm and build communities where athletes, coaches and parents can flourish – in sport and beyond.
